Senior Technical Project/Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives within the healthcare environment. The role will coordinate high-complexity projects, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, oversee delivery partners, and work closely with business, technology, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading system implementations, business transformation programs, governance forums, and high-visibility initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.


Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading system implementations or business transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-visibility initiatives with significant executive exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of experience in a related field.
