TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118!

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II Emergency Department experience and/or 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 Emergency Department experience. License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS (must be active/unexpired) Must-Have: Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks. Pass a telemetry test on Day 1 (score of 85% or higher). Description: Seeking an experienced RN for a busy Emergency Department. Candidates will work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Two weekends in a four-week scheduling period. Every other holiday is required. Must be flexible to float to different areas, including Psychiatric Emergency Department and Pediatric Emergency Department (caring for patients aged 15 and older unless previous pediatric experience is available). The department holds up to 120 treatment areas and serves 350-440 patients daily. Patient ratio is 1:4-5 depending on acuity levels. Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms during the assignment. Previous experience with EPIC and critical care is preferred.
