An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinarian to take on a Medical Director role and help launch a brand-new urgent care practice in Sparks, Nevada.
With a salary of up to $180,000, performance-based bonuses, and an immediate opportunity to earn equity without an upfront financial investment, this position offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership with long-term practice ownership.

About the Role
This Medical Director position offers the chance to play a key role in bringing a new urgent care hospital to life. You will help establish the clinical culture, support and develop your team, and have a meaningful influence over how the practice operates, while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.
The hospital will feature modern facilities and advanced equipment, backed by dedicated operational support so you can focus on medicine, team development, and delivering an excellent standard of care. The position is particularly well suited to a veterinarian who enjoys taking initiative, mentoring others, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape a practice from the beginning.
With flexible scheduling and no overnight shifts, the role also provides the opportunity to step into leadership and build towards ownership without sacrificing your personal time.
