Provide technical and business process expertise to support standard programs, escalations, and issue resolution across the organization.
Plan, facilitate, and document design reviews and alignment meetings to support the product development lifecycle and overall delivery schedule.
Define, implement, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve delivery quality, lead time, cost performance, and overall team efficiency.
Support global teams by accommodating meetings across time zones as needed; travel is expected to be minimal.
