Overview Professional Case Management is hiring Physical Therapists in Texas to provide in‑home healthcare services to veterans. The role offers flexible scheduling, $61 per hour (including full pay for all drive time), and benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, vision, health savings, and a 401(k) match. Responsibilities Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients. Provide one‑on‑one patient relationships in the comfort of clients’ homes. Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for clients. Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures. Qualifications Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Current CPR certification and TB test. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
