Role Summary The HR Compliance & Policy Manager ensures that Winixx employment practices, policies, and documentation are legally compliant, clearly communicated, and consistently applied across the organization. You will be the internal expert on employment law, manage our policy infrastructure, and lead our response to regulatory requirements. What You'll Do Maintain and update the Winixx employee handbook, HR policies, and employment documentation Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment law and ensure timely policy updates and communication Manage the I-9 and employment authorization compliance program Conduct internal HR audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions Support the management of EEOC charges, unemployment claims, and other regulatory matters Partner with legal counsel on employment-related matters and risk mitigation Develop and deliver compliance training for managers and employees Maintain required labor law postings and ensure compliance across all operating locations What We're Looking For 4+ years of HR compliance, employment law, or HR generalist experience with a strong compliance focus Deep knowledge of federal employment law including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and NLRA Experience managing multi-state employment compliance Strong policy writing and documentation skills Excellent judgment and ability to advise confidently on gray-area situations Experience working with legal counsel on employment matters Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; JD is a plus SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
