About Our Client

Our GC client is looking to reinforce their project management team with an experienced Project Manager. This client has over 170 employees across their two offices while the Savannah office is newer to their business with about 15 people locally. They pride themselves on being team oriented and empowering their employees to take ownership, accountability, and being problem solvers. They are agile and nimble and can shift their focus based on the needs of the market.

Job Description

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.
