Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver - Company

• Top annual earnings up to $80,000.* Competitive base mileage pay starting at 60CPM, plus layout and detention pay and a 2CPM bonus for your first year.*
• Consistent, dedicated routes. Typically 10-14 days out with bi-weekly home time, running strong, steady miles across Dart's 30-state network.
• Driver-friendly freight mix. Run 99% no-touch freight with 80% drop & hook, minimizing dock time and keeping you rolling.
• Strong start incentives. Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus* and get paid for our 3-day orientation.
• Full benefits eligibility after 30 days. Health, dental, and vision insurance options. Coverage begins quickly so you can focus on the road.

Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver - Lease Purchase

• Start with confidence - $0 down. Step into ownership with no financial barriers and predictable payments.
• Affordable weekly payments keep you profitable. Expect reasonable weekly payments - $550 or less - plus a $1 balloon payment at lease completion, keeping your early costs low while you build your business.
• Consistent, dedicated routes. Typically 10-14 days out with bi-weekly home time, running strong, steady miles across Dart's 30-state network.
