With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners**Quality Inspector****Job Duties*** Inspects Assemblies/detail parts for compliance to applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements* Documents discrepancies per applicable procedures* Works from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures and instructions, manufacturing specifications and procedures, operation and work sheets, electronic data and verbal instructions* Uses precision measuring instruments in performing assigned quality tasks* Maintains necessary documentation and records* Monitors and implement adherence to all safety and department procedures, practices and directives* Other related duties as assigned**Qualifications*** Accredited HS Diploma or GED and 0 to 1 year of inspection experience required in the manufacturing of aerospace components/assemblies* Ability to effectively interact/communicate with all disciplines* Working knowledge of Boeing Specifications & Blueprints preferred* Preferred candidate will have working knowledge of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)* Able to understand shop mathematics to interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and Inspection procedures* Ability to use inspection tools such as, scales, thickness gauges, micrometers, calipers, go no-go gauges, dial indicators, and split ball gauges* Willing to work any shift* Available to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends* Ability to read and speak English proficiently required in order to perform the job* Excellent organization skills* Excellent attention to details* Must be a team playerThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
