Pay Rate: $2,800 - $3,000 weekly

Number of Positions: 1

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: 10 weeks

Schedule:  

• Monday - Friday
• 8a - 5p

Additional Details:

• This would be a float position between my 2 Stockton and my 2 Modesto Clinics. Never more than 1 clinic a day. Outpatient Ortho. 
• Contract physical therapists will treat outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting while working in conjunction with a team of therapists.
• Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal injuries
• Communicate treatment plans and evaluations effectively to medical teams
• Report patient progress to in-house doctors and specialty doctors such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons
• Provide assistance to center colleagues in identifying issues

REQUIREMENTS

• BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current license for state where practicing
• Minimum 1 year experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Current state license
