We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and dedicated Patient Experience Coordinator who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to play a crucial role in our team's growth and success. This isn't just a front desk position. You'll be the heartbeat of our patient experience, helping build lasting relationships, drive sales, grow memberships, and ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors. What You'll Do: Create an Exceptional Patient Experience: Welcome every patient with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Build Relationships That Last: Get to know our patients, anticipate their needs, and help make every visit something they look forward to. Drive Sales & Growth: Confidently introduce patients to our services, memberships, and treatment opportunities while working toward individual and team sales goals. Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage scheduling, check-ins, check-outs, patient communications, and daily front desk operations with accuracy and efficiency. Be a Team Player: Work closely with our providers and leadership to support patient retention, rebooking, and overall center success. Help Us Grow Our Community: Participate in special events, promotions, and outreach opportunities that introduce new patients to 4Ever Young. We're looking for someone who brings more than a great smile! A naturally positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping others. A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills and the confidence to educate patients about our services and memberships. Dependability, accountability, and a commitment to being an important part of a growing team. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, aesthetics, or wellness is a plus! Most importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work, celebrates team wins, and is genuinely excited to grow with us! Schedule & Availability We're open Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM Full-time preferred | Part-time considered As we head into our busy season, we're open to adding multiple Patient Experience Coordinators with overlapping schedules to ensure exceptional patient care and team support.
