Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and licensed Registered Architect to join our growing team in the Greater St. Louis area. This individual will play a key role in drafting, designing, coordinating, and supporting architectural projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, technically strong in both REVIT and AutoCAD, and comfortable managing aspects of projects independently while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Key Responsibilities Draft and design architectural plans using REVIT and AutoCAD Develop construction documents, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Assist with project planning, scheduling, and overall project management activities Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and code compliance Participate in client meetings and project discussions as needed Support projects through permitting, revisions, and construction administration phases Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Architect Active architectural registration/license in at least one U.S. state Strong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD Ability to independently draft and produce project documents Prior project management or project coordination experience Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building codes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience Commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or mixed‑use project experience Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration processes Company Description Nova Group, Inc. is a small architecture firm employing 6 people currently: 2 project architects, 2 architects in training, 1 drafter, and 1 secretary.
