Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.This position requires a 5x8.0 schedule.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans according to the patient's needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsibilities include delegating and directing therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues. The role emphasizes compliance with safety protocols and the organization's mission, promoting a safe environment for patients and employees.Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans.Document medical records in a clear, concise, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.Participate in student programs, providing supervision and educational support.Maintain professional licensure and adhere to the State Practice Act and regulatory agency requirements.Engage in ongoing professional development and apply learned knowledge to improve patient outcomes.Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.Current CPR certification.Active physical therapist license in the state of practice.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
