Machinist I – Tube Shop

Pay Range: $24-26/hr

Location: Broomfield, CO

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Why consider this Machinist I position:

• Consistent 2nd shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 3:00–11:30 PM.
• Strong path to permanent employment through this role.
• Learn about the semi conductor industry. 
• Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

How you'll spend your time as a Machinist I:

• Plan, layout, set up, and operate conventional and automatic machines.
• Work from blueprints, process sheets, and sketches on production tasks.
• Cut and shape metal to precision dimensions.
• Check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances.
• Identify and repair minor machine malfunctions as needed.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Machinist I:

• 1+ year of related machine shop experience preferred.
• Ability to add and subtract decimals.
• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• 2+ years of related machining experience required.
• Proficient operating machines and reading blueprints/technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling
