We combine entrepreneurial energy, creativity and a practical approach - that focuses on real client needs and pain points - to realize business value quickly. Be part of a team that transforms supply chains into strategic assets during times of change—powering value creation through every deal.What You’ll Do• Lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across different industries, particularly Sourcing and procurement domain.• Assess and optimize supply chain operations across sourcing and procurement.• Partner with client executives to design future-state supply chain models that align with clinical, commercial, and operational priorities across the value chain.• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance resiliency, visibility, and digital enablement, including adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and sustainability practices.• Mentor and coach junior team members, helping to grow the firm’s supply chain capabilities and market presence.• Travel requirement: ~25% depending on project needsWhat You’ll Bring• 8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, particularly Sourcing and Procurement.• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through supply chain optimization and transformation in highly regulated, quality-sensitive environments.• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including experience with supply chain cost modeling, network optimization, and service level analysis.• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or specialized solutions like LIMS, MES, and serialization platforms.• Bonus points for experience in digital supply chain initiatives (e.g., AI/ML forecasting, control towers), value-based care models, or pharma commercialization supply support.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $211,000 to $290,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $193,000 - $250,000. And for all other locations the range is $177,000 - $221,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
