Services are offered both in-office in the heart of Stuart, Florida, and via telehealth, making care accessible and flexible. Specialties include Trauma and PTSD care, couples counseling, stress management, psychotherapy, and mood/anxiety therapy, within a compassionate and professional environment. Role Description The FL Licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT will provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy using trauma-informed and client-centered approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations, and coordinating care with external providers as needed. The clinician will also support clients in crisis management, treatment planning, and goal attainment, while upholding ethical and professional standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stuart, FL. Qualifications Active, independent Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Newly independently licensed clinicians are welcome. Training and competence in CBT and trauma-informed care. Sound clinical judgment, strong professional boundaries, reliable follow-through, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong technology skills, including EHR and telehealth proficiency, with accurate clinical documentation completed within 24 hours. Willingness to participate in insurance credentialing, including Medicare. Preferred: Outpatient experience, couples and family counseling experience, cultural responsiveness, and English/Spanish bilingual ability. Schedule and clinical expectations This full-time W-2 position requires a minimum commitment of 32 total working hours per week, scheduled across at least four days, including at least three in-office days. The baseline clinical expectation is 25 completed, billable sessions per week, with opportunities to increase earnings through additional clinically appropriate sessions under LTS’s tiered productivity bonus plan. Total working time includes client sessions, documentation, care coordination, consultation, and required meetings or training. Weekly hours may exceed 32 based on clinical volume and position responsibilities. Additional sessions are scheduled in coordination with practice leadership, with sufficient time maintained for all clinical and administrative duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
