Role Overview Our RN Treatment Nurses support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, implement care plans, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction. Shifts & Pay Part‑Time – Saturday and Sunday Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM Pay range: $42.50 – $54.37 per hour, depending on experience Daily Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction Qualifications Current RN license in the state for which you are applying Current CPR certification Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute, or sub‑acute care preferred Prior Wound Care and Infection Prevention experience a plus Benefits Medical benefits starting the 1st of the month following your start date (part‑time/per diem) Matching 401(k) Tuition reimbursement $25+ per line cell phone plan Opportunity to contribute to a mission‑driven, nonprofit senior living community Equal Opportunity Employer.
