Maintenance Technician

What you'll do:

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime

• Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal equipment performance

• Support installation, modification, and improvement of production equipment as needed

Preventive Maintenance

• Perform routine preventative maintenance activities, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement

• Monitor equipment condition and identify potential issues before failures occur

• Maintain maintenance records and document completed work accurately

• Assist in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs

Facility Maintenance

• Support maintenance and repair of facility infrastructure and building systems

• Assist with upkeep of electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and other support systems

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to support operational needs

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure equipment, machinery, and guarding systems meet safety requirements and operational standards

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or operational risks promptly

• Support compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to support manufacturing goals

• Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvement initiatives

• Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, welding, or related fields

• Experience maintaining production equipment and automated machinery

• Familiarity with pneumatic tools, motors, conveyors, saws, presses, and manufacturing systems

• Welding, fabrication, or industrial repair experience

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments

• Work is performed in manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial environments

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and move components and materials (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as required)

• Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, vibration, and varying temperatures

• ability to work overtime, extended hours, or emergency maintenance support based on operational needs.
