What We’re Looking For:

• Active North Carolina OT license required
• OTR credential
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to the varying needs across K-12 populations
• Capable of working efficiently across multiple school sites

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy to students, helping them access their curriculum
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Travel between multiple school locations within the district as part of your weekly schedule
• Stay current with best practices in OT for school settings
