We're looking for an ambitious Financial Advisor who wants to build a successful practice with the support of an established and growing firm. What You'll Do

Business Development

• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and business development.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present customized investment and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.
• Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Investment Advisory

• Collaborate with the investment team to develop portfolio recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Stay informed on investment strategies, market conditions, and industry developments.
• Support additional investment-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, financial planning, or investment sales.
• Demonstrated success developing new client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work full-time from our Corpus Christi office.

Preferred

• Series 7 and Series 65 (or the ability to obtain required licenses).
• CFP®, CFA®, or other industry credentials are a plus.
• Experience with firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, UBS, JPMorgan, Raymond James, Edward Jones, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Fisher Investments, or independent advisory firms.

Compensation

Guaranteed Draw: $100,000 while building your practice.

In addition to the guaranteed draw, advisors participate in a competitive compensation program that rewards business development, client growth, and long-term success.
