Key Responsibilities\nAs an LCSW at Black Rock, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of individuals seeking help, ensuring that treatment plans are meticulously tailored to each patient's needs. \n
- Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others, to address various psychological issues effectively. \n
- Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations and to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Collaborating consistently with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver an integrated approach to patient treatment. \n
- Participating in regular case discussions and professional development workshops, ensuring that both personal and organizational standards of care are met. \n
- Educating patients and their families about mental health concepts, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making. \n
- Staying current with advancements in social work practices and mental health research to enhance service delivery. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including those coping with addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Florida. \n
- A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health treatment. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
