Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Seeking a full-time remote Software Quality Assurance Analyst, the candidate will manage ongoing functional testing, create detailed test plans, and report on defects for web-based applications while collaborating with team members and providing customer support as needed. Key responsibilities: Conduct ongoing functional testing for enhancements and defects in web-based applications and document production software Assume ownership of testing for multiple customer projects, including creating detailed test plans and test cases Report, track, and analyze defects while communicating progress to management and supporting customer inquiries as necessary Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance Proven capability in test planning, test case creation, and documentation Strong communication skills for interacting with various personnel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Familiarity with the Waterfall development methodology
