We’re growing and looking for a reliable, experienced landscaping professional who’s ready to step up into a Crew Lead role .

Requirements:

• Proven landscaping experience
• Knowledge of hardscaping and irrigation systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Desire to take on responsibility and grow into a leadership position
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a team

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks including maintenance, installations, and clean-ups
• Assist with and eventually oversee hardscape and irrigation projects
• Ensure job sites are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards
• Maintain equipment and vehicles
• Support crew coordination and, over time, take the lead on job sites
