Financial Planning Associate

Some firms hire an associate to keep up with paperwork. We're hiring because we're growing—and we want someone to grow with us. We've doubled in the past three years by doing planning the right way: deep, personal, and built around what actually matters to each client. This is a career track, not a support seat. You'll work directly with our advisors and clients on real planning and, as your skills grow, so does your scope and your pay. What you'll do Sit in on client meetings and prep the advisors for them—the numbers, the materials, the "what should we flag" thinking Build the analytical backbone of client plans: retirement projections, Roth conversion and tax scenarios, Social Security and income modeling Own client data, planning software, and CRM so nothing slips Research strategies on live cases and help refine the systems that help us scale You’ll thrive here if you Have 1–3+ years into a planning or financial services career Communicate clearly and make complex numbers feel simple, in writing and in person Get satisfaction from a model that ties out perfectly and loves the analytical side of planning Are fluent (or fast-learning) with Excel, planning software, and CRMs, with obsessive attention to detail Compensation & benefits: Base plus bonus, with clear increases as you take on more.
