Corporate Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of legal and regulatory matters at a leading investment management firm. Candidates with experience in asset management and 1940 Act-registered investment companies are strongly preferred. However, professionals from corporate legal departments, law firms, financial services, compliance, or other highly regulated industries with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Support fund formation, registration, and ongoing regulatory matters Prepare, review, and coordinate SEC and EDGAR filings Conduct legal and regulatory research Draft and maintain governance documents, corporate records, and board materials Assist with SMA agreements and other commercial contracts Coordinate with regulatory agencies, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders Maintain corporate records, legal trackers, and compliance documentation Assist with special legal and regulatory projects as needed Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal or related legal experience Experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, financial services, compliance, or another regulated industry Asset management or registered investment company experience is highly preferred Experience with SEC filings, EDGAR, or regulatory filing platforms is a plus Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality work Compensation $90,000–$110,000, plus discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
