Property Manager - Float

Float Property ManagerEbenezer is looking for a Float Property Manager to join our senior cooperative team with the Ebenezer Corporate office! This position, on a temporary, fill-in basis, manages and supervises the day to day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversight, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents. The Property Manager - Float may work alongside of or in place of a site Property Manager.This property manager schedule includes:On Call/CasualDay shifts availableTo maintain Casual status, employees must be willing to be available to work a minimum of three (3) shifts per month (two shifts must be weekend shifts) and one (1) Holiday shift per year. The weekend starts with the beginning of the night shift on Friday and ends with the beginning of the night shift on SundayResponsibilities:Assists Property Manager with providing leadership and supervision to staffEstablishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfactionAssists Property Manager in maintaining budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial recordsMonitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessaryUnderstands the association governance and the sale processPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Associate of Arts Vocational/Technical Training or Associate DegreeThree to five years of previous experienceSolid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applicationsHigh-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adultsReal Estate License required to obtain within 48 months of hire datePreferred Qualifications:Five to ten years of previous experience
