Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing quality assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate to build a career in aerospace quality, working closely with production, engineering, and operations to ensure products meet rigorous industry standards. This position offers a clear path to long-term growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process
• Assist in the investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances and quality issues
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions for compliance
• Participate in inspection and testing of parts and assemblies to ensure conformance to aerospace quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to resolve quality concerns
• Assist with maintaining quality documentation, records, and reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive action processes
• Help ensure compliance with applicable aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field) or equivalent technical discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with quality management systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start (onsite)
