Gator Custom Mobility is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing, Collections & Customer Service Representative . This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while managing insurance billing and account collections in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities:

• Process medical insurance claims and electronic billing.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and insurance denials.
• Perform patient account collections and payment posting.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with billing and account questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous medical billing or collections experience preferred (DME experience is a plus).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with computers and electronic billing systems.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
