COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across common areas Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Inspect buildings, mechanical rooms, clubhouse, pool areas, and identify maintenance needs. Maintain community appearance: sidewalks, entry signs, gate areas, parking lots, clubhouse, etc. Assist vendors when needed and report issues to management. Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment. Emergency response for urgent maintenance issues. Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment. Emergency response for urgent maintenance issues. Requirements Previous experience in property/community/HOA maintenance strongly preferred. Basic knowledge of general repairs. Able to lift 50+ lbs and work both indoors and outdoors. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and customer-friendly attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
