ERP Specialist

We are looking for amotivated and technically inclined team member who is interested intransitioning into the IT Department. This is a great opportunity for someonewho enjoys technology, problem-solving, and helping others, and wants to growtheir career in IT.

The IT Support Specialistwill assist with day-to-day technology support across the company, includingpreparing devices for new employees, troubleshooting user issues, and learningcore IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Setup and prepare computers, phones, tablets, and other devices for newemployees
• Configureuser accounts, passwords, email access, and basic system permissions
• Providefirst-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivityissues
• Troubleshootand resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assistwith device inventory, equipment tracking, and asset management
• Learnand support systems including Active Directory, networking, securitytools, and company applications
• Workwith the IT team to maintain system security and user access standards
• Helpdocument IT procedures and support processes
• Escalatecomplex technical issues when needed while continuing to learn and developtechnical skills

• Stronginterest in technology and IT support
• Goodproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strongcommunication and customer service mindset
• Abilityto learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Organizedand detail-oriented
• Reliableand able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Priorexperience helping users with technical issues
• Familiaritywith Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, or office technology
• Basicunderstanding of networking, security, or Active Directory is a plus
• CompTIAA+ or similar certifications are a plus but not required
