Learn more about us at: As a Journeyman Carpenter at Craftsman Builders , you\'ll play a crucial role in our team, contributing to a wide range of projects, from small residential remodels to custom builds. You\'ll work closely with project managers and a talented crew to deliver high-quality work, ensuring every project meets our standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements Measure, cut, shape, and install materials including wood, metal, and wallboard Build and install frames, doors, windows, staircases, and custom structures Install flooring, cabinets, and other carpentry-related elements Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and governmental regulations Perform repairs and maintenance as needed Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional carpentry experience Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, methods, and tools Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van for material transport) Basic hand tools and small power tools are required; larger tools provided Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or vocational program is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Craftsman Builders
