Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations

Lead Finance Specialist role supporting global services operations at GE HealthCare. Responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making across regions and functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of global operating plans, budgets, and forecasts with cross-regional stakeholders
- Conduct financial performance analysis identifying trends, variances, and key financial drivers
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with insights and recommendations
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and ROI assessments
- Digitalize financial reports in PowerBI and apply AI features to enhance analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive FP&A experience, preferably in global services
- Proficiency building complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Financial planning software experience (Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan)
- PowerBI dashboard development and AI analytics application experience
- Strong P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow understanding
Compensation: $105,600–$158,400 base annual
