Data Analyst (Hybrid, Durham, NC) W2 Only What You'll Do: Discover, design, and deliver robust reporting and analysis solutions for key partners Support data migration efforts and modernize legacy reporting for brokerage processes Develop dashboards and analytics to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Maintain and improve data workflows, ensuring data integrity and lineage Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel Strong experience working with large, complex datasets Solid understanding of data lineage and data flow from origination to consumption Ability to translate business requirements into complex SQL queries Experience supporting data migration projects within brokerage or financial domains Nice to Have Skills: Experience with SAP Business Objects or other visualization tools Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, AWS Knowledge of statistical analysis, R, Python, or SAS Experience with data lineage tools like Alation or MetaCenter Skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and GenAI tools Estimated Min Rate: $34.30 Estimated Max Rate: $49.00 What's In It for You?
