Business AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian low-code platform to drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient process automation, solution design, and delivery of scalable Appian applications.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM)Experience with Appian low-code platformAbility to elicit, analyze, and document business requirementsExperience with Agile methodologiesPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Experience with process optimization and re-engineeringFamiliarity with Appian Process Modeler and SAIL interfacesKnowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration objectsDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirementsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automationWork closely with Appian developers to deliver solutionsCompany Benefits & Culture:Comprehensive health and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional development and growthInclusive and collaborative work environment
