A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Design, develop, test, implement, and support application functionality, within the Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment and (ii) Work with functional analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements; contribute to completion of functional specifications; create technical design specifications. Education requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent; Salesforce Developer Certification/equivalent Salesforce Administrator experience; Experience requirements include: 3+years experience as an application developer in a SFDC environment; 3+ years experience with SFDC development using: Flows, LWCs, Visual Workflows, Visual Force Pages/Components, Salesforce Data Loader, Apex (Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Data Loader); Salesforce Lightning; Experience Builder; HTML/CSS/JavaScript; JAVA; Good project management skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with technology integrators, IT resourcesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, implement, and support application functionality, within the Salesforce.com (SFDC) environmentWork with functional analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements; contribute to completion of functional specifications; create technical design specificationsDevelop changes to applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelinesCreate deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentationUnit test application changes to ensure quality of work; analyze, debug, and resolve defects in applicationsSupport production systems; proactively monitor systems to enable smooth operations; work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; resolve end user service requestsDevelop web applications and web services using Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce or other web development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XMLDrive optimization of Chamberlain Group's Salesforce.com Cloud workflows and processes. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
