We are seeking a Plastics Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Plastics Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products according to specifications. <

Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce plastic parts based on established production schedules and quality standards. <

Monitor and control the operation of the press, observing gauges, indicators and machine functions to ensure proper functioning and identify any abnormalities. <

P>
Perform regular quality checks and inspections to verify the product’s dimensions, appearance, and overall quality, adhering to defined specifications and quality control procedures. <
/p>

Li>

P>
Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and any adjustments made during shift. <
/p>

Li>

P>
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment and following proper handling and disposal procedures for plastic materials and waste. <

Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards to meet customer requirements and maintain consistent product quality. <
