Sr. ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated professional who will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Lead platform administration, including instance management, upgrades, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health and stability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in ServiceNow development.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs such as REST and SOAP.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, incidents, and problems within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and platform configurations.
