We are seeking a highly motivated professional who will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead platform administration, including instance management, upgrades, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health and stability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs such as REST and SOAP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, incidents, and problems within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and platform configurations.
