CLI access and mid/expert for troubleshooting of the hardware. Reporter expertise to be able to generate reports and investigations to client. Architecture and design expertise to recommend to the customer. Expert level to whitelist URL sites for restoration of blocked traffic. SSL 3.0 and TLS1.0 expertise and authentication methods to the proxies. Hardware load balancing mechanism expertise through F5 troubleshooting. Application control using third party APIs. WCCP expertise for future implementation with core Cisco Nexus VDC McAfee IPS. Expert level of CLI and GUI support to intrusion protection and reporting. Troubleshooting techniques for protection and vulnerability assessment.
