Location: Onsite - Grove City, Ohio 43123
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 x 10s). OT as needed.
Employment Type: Temporary, 6-week assignment
Pay: $18.50 per hour

About the Role:
Kelly Services is seeking an entry-level Production Operator for an onsite assignment at a fiberglass insulation facility in Grove City, Ohio. This role offers 10-hour weekday shifts (with overtime as needed) in a supportive, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist at production presses
• Remove and separate parts from scrap, assemble parts, stack/package parts, and operate equipment
• Package, label, and move finished parts to storage or next operation
• Use personal protective equipment and strictly follow all plant safety guidelines
• Prepare materials, assemble packaging, and maintain inventory for production tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and uphold all safety standards
• Keep work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 3-6 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination
• Ability to read/interpret documents (safety rules, instructions, blueprints, etc.)
• Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-12 hours per shift, with bending, twisting, and lifting
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and with fiberglass insulation
• Reliable, regular attendance is essential
