We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of integrated and social-led campaigns for Nissan. This role is part of a cross-agency Project Management Office and serves as the operational Social hub across creative, strategy, media, and production—owning timelines, budgets, resourcing, and execution to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality content at scale.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

\n
• Own project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
\n
• Manage day-to-day workflows, build project plans, define resourcing, and track milestones (schedules, calendars, hot sheets)
\n
• Lead cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, Account) and ensure alignment
\n
• Manage all phases of social production (pre-pro, shoot, post, delivery), including asset development and QC across formats and platforms
\n
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (vendors, creators, production crews)
\n
• Serve as a key partner to Account and a client-facing lead for communication and approvals
\n
• Communicate and work with a larger Project Management group across Nissan.
\n
• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and drive solutions forward
\n
• Establish and improve workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n

\n
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
\n
• Experience managing integrated/social campaigns and video/content production
\n
• Strong knowledge of creative development, production, and asset management workflows
\n
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workstreams
\n
• Ability to manage both always-on social content and larger integrated campaign initiatives
\n
• Experience with influencer/creator content and social-first campaigns a plus
\n
• Understand how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management
\n
• Comfort with presenting and reporting information
\n
• Experience leading change management, roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
\n
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable in fast-paced environments
\n
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront, or similar) and Microsoft Office

Given the nature of our PM team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City or Nashville, TN in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

\n

\n

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.

\n

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
