Instructional Designer- AI

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an AI Instructional Designer to join their team.


You will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting innovative enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for designing impactful learning experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote


Pay Range: $34-$39/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Design and deliver enterprise learning programs focused on AI and workflow innovation topics.
• Collaborate closely with program leads and experience designers to develop engaging learning content.
• Transform complex AI concepts into clear, accessible learning modules using various formats.
• Proactively suggest innovative learning formats such as micro-learning, demos, and job aids.
• Ensure high-quality, impactful learning assets are delivered promptly with minimal guidance.

What's Needed?

• Active daily use of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar in professional work.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale learning solutions that are engaging and effective.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Articulate (Rise and/or Storyline), and LMS platforms like Udemy Business.
• Ability to articulate personal AI usage and provide examples of co-designed learning experiences.
