We are seeking Class A-CDL drivers with no prior experience who wish to begin their driving careers in our regional fleet based in Shreveport, Louisiana. This position provides routes that allow a weekly return home, competitive pay, a full benefits package, modern equipment, and a paid training program that covers all required job skills.

• Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
• Routes: Regional routes serving Shreveport, LA and surrounding states with a weekly home reset
• Equipment: Fully loaded, brand-new trucks
• Freight: Drop & Hook dry van freight
• Benefits: Full benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Training: Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours of school instruction

Requirements:

• Valid Class A-CDL
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must meet company hiring and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
• Minimum of 120 hours of school instruction completed
