Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with dealership wholesale parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our wholesale customers.

• Assist wholesale customers by phone, email, and in person with identifying and ordering the correct OEM Mopar parts.
• Process wholesale parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent repair shops, body shops, fleets, and commercial customers.
• Utilize electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems to identify parts and verify availability.
• Prepare accurate pricing and quotes while promoting current wholesale programs.
• Coordinate special orders, backorders, and deliveries.
• Work closely with the Parts Manager, warehouse staff, drivers, and service department to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Receive and process parts returns, credits, and warranty transactions.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting departmental sales goals. These responsibilities reflect common dealership wholesale parts functions.

• Minimum of 2 years of dealership wholesale parts counter experience required.
• Previous Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR/Mopar) experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OEM automotive parts and accessories.
• Experience using dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform warehouse-related duties as needed.
