What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts or side loaders
• Read work orders and stage materials for production
• Verify quantities and prepare materials for manufacturing operations
• Perform visual quality inspections and report damaged materials
• Deliver work orders and materials to production teams
• Return unused materials to inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials
• Ability to move materials weighing up to 85 pounds with appropriate equipment and assistance
• Comfortable working around moving equipment and industrial machinery
• Ability to work in varying manufacturing conditions, including moderate to high noise levels
