This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a dynamic, full-spectrum Emergency Department (ED) that serves patients of all ages and includes a locked behavioral health unit. Position Details Shift: Night (4x12 hours) Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM with a 30-minute lunch break Duration: 8-week assignment starting ASAP Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work effectively with a diverse patient population, including both adults and occasional pediatric patients. Utilize behavioral health knowledge to support patients in the locked unit. Qualifications Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility for an emergency MA license. Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS required. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an ED RN. Previous experience in at least one travel assignment is preferred.
