Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Franklin, New Hampshire

Facility: Mountain Ridge Center

Contract Duration: September 7, 2026 December 6, 2026 (14 Weeks)

Pay Rate: Up to $75.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-Minute Meal Break)

Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Priority: Critical Need

Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Provide evidence-based speech therapy services.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence ( CCC-SLP ) preferred.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute settings.
