If you are passionate about innovation and being a part of a forward-thinking company, join us! The Warehouse Specialist role provides direct operational support to the Warehouse and Retail team. This position requires an experienced warehouse professional who can perform core warehouse and inventory-control responsibilities with minimal training. Training will primarily focus on ThinkGrow-specific processes, products, systems, and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stocks & maintains a secure, orderly, cost-effective warehouse under guidance of the Warehouse Manager and leadership
team.
• Manages inventory levels and supports cycle count accuracy, location verification, and inventory discrepancy research.
• Calculates, picks, stages, packs & transfers materials to meet shipping, production, retail, and operational needs.
• Loads & unloads trucks/vehicles both mechanically with a forklift & manually, if required.
• Safely operates sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach lifts in accordance with all safety requirements.
• Operates a company box truck when tasks require it, including local pickups, deliveries, and inventory transfers.
• Oversees receiving and verifies freight against receiving documentation, noting discrepancies and/or damage and reporting findings.
• Manages auditable records including packing slips, pick lists, inventory-system transactions, job close-out paperwork, and warehouse safety documentation.
• Accurately processes and maintains inventory transactions in the WMS; Fishbowl Inventory experience is strongly preferred.
• Maintains a clean, safe, & orderly workplace, free of obstructions & hazards.
• Ensures the security and proper management of warehouse equipment, materials received, and stored inventory.
• Responsible for inventory control procedures and for following all handling, storage, quarantine, rework, and location-control procedures.
• Maintains complete and accurate safety & hazmat records and complies with all appropriate standards.
• Maintains compliance for forklifts and moving equipment and reports maintenance needs.

• Must be able to travel locally when needed and operate a company box truck when assigned.
• Valid California driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential job functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. While performing warehouse duties, an employee will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, climb one story of stairs, use step stools, and reach for parts. Employees must operate hand controls and use their hands, fingers, and wrists to grip, twist, rotate, and handle materials and equipment. Standing for up to 8+ hours per shift and sitting for extended periods may be required. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and lift or maneuver up to 100 pounds with assistance when needed. Work may include use of safety equipment, outdoor work, uneven surfaces, heat, cold, dust, fumes, chemicals, moving vehicles, ladders, and warehouse equipment.
Weekend, night, or after-hours work may occasionally be required based on business needs.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of two years relevant warehouse, distribution, or inventory-control experience.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is required; Fishbowl Inventory experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on stand-up reach lift experience is required.
• Hands-on sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, picking, staging, cycle counting, inventory transfers, and discrepancy resolution preferred.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Must be able to safely operate a company box truck when business needs or assigned tasks require it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
