Registered Nurse - RN

Full Time Permanent / $15,000 Sign on Bonus / Relocation Assistance Offered / Multiple Departments Available

MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's healthcare team in New Mexico. In this essential role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and prioritizing the well-being and recovery of your patients.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care according to physician orders and established protocols.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while closely monitoring patient responses.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, document findings, and communicate any changes to the medical team.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient care records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Adhere to all healthcare policies and industry regulations.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state license is required.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained within six weeks of employment.
