Registered Nurse - RN Full Time Permanent / $15,000 Sign on Bonus / Relocation Assistance Offered / Multiple Departments Available MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's healthcare team in New Mexico. Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive patient care according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while closely monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, document findings, and communicate any changes to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient care records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and industry regulations.
- Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state license is required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained within six weeks of employment.
