Human Resources Representative BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Representative for an opportunity in Spencer, WI! Location: Spencer, WI Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Expected Duration: 3 months with possible temp to hire Shift: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm (three-shift manufacturing plant 5 days per week; HR Specialist must be flexible to work varying hours as needed) Job Type: CONTRACT (>=40 hrs weekly) [ONSITE] Pay Range: $29 - $30 per hour Requirements Human Resources Experience HR processes Employee Relation Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver on recruiting plan. Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with Talent Acquisition team. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Address employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary. Own and manage local HR processes and maintain accurate employee records. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Partner with leadership, HR, and Labor to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement. Experience and Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and 1 year of experience in HR generalist role preferred. Candidates with an Associates degree in a related field and 3 years of experience may be considered. Experience working in a union environment preferred.
