Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Licensing: Must hold a valid Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License (Required). Clinical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessment, medical imaging, and EMR documentation. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction and education. Professionalism: Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and a sterile workspace. Job Description Comprehensive Prophylaxis: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to ensure optimal patient health. Patient Assessment: Review medical histories and current dental conditions to provide personalized care. Radiography & Imaging: Take and interpret high-quality dental X-rays to assist in accurate diagnostics. Education & Prevention: Educate patients on advanced oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies. Clinical Documentation: Accurately review and update medical records within our EMR system, ensuring 100% HIPAA compliance. Compliance: Maintain a safe and sterile environment while safeguarding all patient information.
